The actual inclusions depend on the type of service — for instance, sunset trips come with premium drinks and light snacks, whereas business charters feature amenities for meetings and catering tailored to corporate needs.
When should I make a reservation?
We suggest reserving your yacht at least 2–3 weeks before your desired date, particularly in the high season from May to September. For business gatherings or special celebrations, securing a spot 4–6 weeks beforehand will ensure better availability and provide sufficient time for any personalized arrangements.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
We always put safety first. Should our captain deem the weather hazardous, we will propose an alternative date for your rental or issue a complete refund. We closely monitor the weather forecasts and will inform you at least 24 hours prior to your departure if the conditions are expected to be unsuitable.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you are allowed to bring your own food and beverages. We also provide exceptional catering options and can customize dining experiences according to your taste preferences. Please bear in mind that for everyone's safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your ships cater to passengers with mobility issues?
We are committed to making our services accessible for all. Certain vessels are more equipped for accessibility than others. We encourage you to reach out with your specific requirements when booking, and we will suggest the best fit yacht and organize any required assistance.
What's your policy regarding cancellations?
If you need to cancel your booking, doing so 72 hours before departure ensures a full refund. Canceling between 24 and 72 hours in advance results in a 50% refund. Should you cancel within 24 hours of the departure time, the fee is not refundable, except in cases of adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
